Position: Help Desk Support - TS/SCI

Location: 1 opening in Fort Belvoir, 1 opening in Fort Meade

  • TS/SCI required.
  • IAT Level II cert required.  Acceptable certifications include CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, and SSCP (only one required)
  • Bachelor’ s preferred or 3 years of experience working IT and Help Desk activities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn new things and take on new tasks.
  • Must have outstanding organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, the ability to work well within deadlines; and demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot problems independently and perform duties with changing priorities and under hectic circumstances.
