Lead Solutions Specialist

• Experience within Level 2 or Level 3 application support organization.
• Provide high level of technical support as needed, and perform root cause analysis for problems experienced within area of functional responsibility.
• Experience focused on IT architecture and agile software development
• Experience working with Regulatory Affairs technologies (e.g., Documentum, FirstDoc, Publishing Tools, eCTD, Veeva modules etc.,)
• Experience architecting, delivering, and supporting RA systems and familiarity with labeling system software technologies
• Experience working with Oracle/SQL Server databases and Application servers such as WebLogic, Jboss etc.,
• Have solid understanding of change control and SDLC associated with computer system validation processes.
