Mergers and Acquisitions Technical Lead

 

Key Accountabilities
  • Delivery of integration and configuration of systems for various Mergers and Acquisition Initiatives
  • Compliance from an IT perspective to all required regulations, including SOX, Data Protection, FDA and EMEA
  • Define clear strategies to integrate Infrastructure and Systems on an Acquisition case by case basis.
  • Be fully immersed in day to day responsibilities of a managed team.
  • Lead the technical team to deliver against the Integration Strategy.
  • Mentoring junior team members in design, configuration coding, testing and documenting according to our systems development lifecycle.
  • Capable of leading and managing agile teams using iterative development methodologies (e.g. SCRUM).

Skills
  • Strong technical leadership, design, delivery and problem-solving skills
  • Accurate work estimation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead teams, including motivating, developing and coordinating members.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Extensive background in implementing Oracle Hyperion Financial Management suite within a global environment particularly across the Planning, Close, Reporting and Profitability Modules
  • Knowledge of reporting, data analysis and data warehouse
