Primary hours of support are between 6: 00a.m. – 6: 00p.m., Monday through Friday; however, on-call, weekend, and after hours support for package deployments and issue resolution may be required.


Specific job duties include:
  • Level II Helpdesk
  • Initial troubleshooting of issues with Mission Application and Infrastructure Services
  • Collecting and Reporting helpdesk metrics
  • Operational Configuration Management (CM)
  • Operation and maintenance of the GCSS-AF Production environment
  • Outage and recovery notification

    Experience/Skills required:
  • Candidate must have a bachelor’ s degree from an accredited college in a technical disciple, or equivalent experience /combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Master’ s degree
  • Candidate must be an effective communicator both oral / written
  • Candidate should be a strong team player, shares knowledge
  • Candidate should demonstrate drive, initiative, and take ownership of tasks
  • Candidate must have a CompTIA Security+ certification or higher w/in 60 days of higher
  • Remedy
  • Experience with WAS, BOBJ, Informatica, and Teradata is a plus.
  • RHEL 5/6 and Windows 2008+ is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience and understanding of current development languages / toolsets is a plus
  • Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
