Location: Cambridge, MA **Onsite 2-3 days**

Duration: 6+ Months

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a digital accessibility project, identifying gaps, developing and executing on a plan to address compliance issues across our portfolio of applications and services where feasible. You will also oversee training initiatives for the HKS community and IT staff. This role is critical in promoting inclusive and accessible digital experiences for our community.

In addition to managing the digital accessibility project, you will play a key role, working with key stakeholders and the HKSIT team, in developing a roadmap for our portfolio of IT-supported applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Accessibility Project Management:
* Play a lead role in the digital accessibility project.
* Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility best practices are integrated into design, development, and testing phases.
* Accessibility Compliance Roadmap:
* Develop a comprehensive digital accessibility compliance roadmap and plan for HKS-managed applications.
* Conduct audits and assessments to identify accessibility gaps and recommend corrective actions.
* Stay up-to-date with evolving accessibility standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
