Job Description


  • You will get to work with state-of-the-art sensors and see your efforts deployed on real-world Autonomous Vehicles in challenging highway and city scenarios.
  • Specifically, our perception system is required to detect, classify, and track challenging features ranging from potholes, speed bumps, curbs, and road markings to pedestrians, cyclists, and fast-moving vehicles.


Job Description
  • Proficient in one of the below C++/Python and ROS
  • Understanding of HD Lidar point clouds, bounding boxes, motion models
  • Expert in 3D scene analysis including linear algebra, vectors, transformations, rotations, norms
  • Expert in manipulating and dealing with large datasets (100GB+) With a focus on Mobility, Operational Excellence, Value to our Customers and the Electrification of vehicles, you can expect to be part of something exciting.

Beneficial Skillsets:
  • ROS 1 and 2 experience.
  • Lidar experience.
  • Data manipulation.
  • Python.
  • Concept of creating a bounding box
  • RIT (artificial intelligence, computer graphics, computer theory, networking, security, robotics, parallel computation, data mining, computer architecture, or systems software)
  • Evaluate information received from Lidar.
  • Understanding of how to implement an equation.
  • Data creation.
  • Radar and Sonar (similar in concept to Lidar)
  • Tensor flow
