EHS Administrative Assistant 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Provide strong administrative support to the US Regional Head of EHS and two EHS Directors: travel arrangements, calendar, expense reporting, budgeting, PO processing, filing, business correspondence, special projects, etc. 
• Provide routine administrative support to EHS department (e.g., maintain office supplies, provide event planning and logistics support; take meeting minutes); act as internal systems expert for financial and HR systems; collect/process data for standard reporting/tracking 
• Participates, keeping EHS up-to-date on timelines and impacts of technology upgrades and new IT solutions (e.g., Office 360, Sharepoint Online, One Drive, etc.) 
• Execute other EHS administrative support duties/projects, as necessary 
Qualifications & Skills: 
Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills; good data and file management skills; good written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and resourceful; able to work independently & as part of a team; proficient in M.S. Office (expertise in Excel, preferred), and comfort/confidence learning new IT systems. The successful candidate will be a positive, proactive and adaptable person who is comfortable working on a dynamic, collaborative, process-oriented team. 
Education: 
High School Diploma and relevant Admin Assistant experience necessary
