GXP Training LMS Support

Manage and maintain Learning Management System functionalities on a daily basis including but not limited to:
- Uploading new courses, testing course files, assigning courses, creating curricula, managing new hire assignments, running training reports.
- Provide customer support for all training requests through a thorough knowledge of the current learning platforms and systems (Doc Mgt System & LMS).
- Manage requests through a shared Training mailbox - (requests include data entry, troubleshooting system errors & managing Training calendar training reports).
- Filing/archiving of completed training forms if needed
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Motivated individual with good time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with various business functions and IT
- Bachelor’ s Degree
- 2 -3 years of relevant industry experience including knowledge of GXP guidelines.
- Strong experience administering and managing LMS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Plateau, SABA.
- Prior customer support experience including troubleshooting in LMS systems and interaction with end users/customers.
