The IT HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the HR department, focusing on tasks related to IT employees, such as onboarding, maintaining records, and assisting with recruitment process, Job descriptions, routing offer paperwork, screening candidates through our internal systems, setting up interviews.
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new IT hires.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
Maintain IT-related employee data, such as software licenses and hardware assignments.
Assist with IT-related HR policies and procedures.
