Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX design across platforms, prioritizing user-centered principles, accessibility, and best practices impacting the experiences of hundreds of million users, worldwide.
  • Design wireframes to hi-fidelity prototypes, effectively communicating design intent to business and engineering stakeholders.
  • Create innovative experiences that propel the evolution of Client's design language, inspiring the design growth of your fellow teammates.
  • Be a thought leader in your domain and a mentor to ours, continuously leveling up our product experiences in both quality and strategic approach.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and partnerships with all cross functional stakeholders and product delivery team members.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of cross-platform, user-centered product design end-to-end experience at small and large scale showcased in a high-caliber portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of aesthetics, encompassing interaction and visual design.
  • Comprehensive understanding of user research, usability testing, and information architecture.
  • Knowledgeable in design guidelines, best practices, platform-specific considerations, accessibility, and localization requirements.
  • Experienced in Agile environments, managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating design concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Empathetic problem-solver, self-motivated, strategically adept, possessing high emotional intelligence and welcomes feedback for continuous growth.
  • Drives innovation and co-creation, collaborative mindset, open to multiple perspectives, offering constructive critique.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience showcasing your end-to-end design process across multiple projects, that include interaction, visual design artifacts, high-fidelity prototypes, and their impact to the business.
  • Experience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company and communicating to different altitudes of stakeholders.
  • Examples of your leadership and lasting impact across product and non-product dimensions have made the team a strong and more positive work group.
