Job Description:
- The Legal Agreements Administrator is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and preparing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other legal agreements for execution, from submission of the agreement request to the final, signature-ready draft.
- Must be highly detail-oriented, well organized, and a skilled multi-tasker that can work independently and at high volume.
- Strong customer service skills and communication as well as the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and senior management are important.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate required.
- Minimum 5-years of experience drafting and negotiating NDAs required;additional experience drafting, negotiating, and aiding in the execution of other types of legal agreements or contracts preferred.
- High attention to detail in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills required.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication in professional and customer-facing setting are required.
- Interim clearance is sufficient for a start.
- Workers can be 100% remote;preference though is for someone that is relatively local to the Lab so that they can onboard in person and/or possibly come on occasion to Lexington if needed. But this is not a hard requirement.
- Position is a 6-month contract to facilitate cleanup of a backlog in NDAs that needs to be negotiated and executed. There is a possibility that the position could extend past the 6-month mark, but it is dependent on workload and need. There is not a guarantee for an extension.
