Major Incident Manager 
Major Incident Manager will execute the client's process for IT outages including end user communication. 
This role will be heavily involved with top level management/Executive/C-Suite stakeholders on network outage issues and other service level related issues within IT. Ideally- a background in Organizational Change Management would be helpful.  Other duties as assigned by management, in the IT Operations and IT Service Management space. 

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

MUST HAVE: Strong communication and follow up skills. Again, heavily involved with top level management/Executive/C-Suite stakeholders on network outage issues and other service level related issues within IT.
5-10 years’ experience in IT Operations and/or IT Service Management 
Experience running major incidents (outages) 
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written; comfortable with communicating to large group of users in terms end users will understand 
Experience with global IT processes, specifically around IT Operations and/or IT Service Management 

DESIRED SKILLS: 

Global experience a plus 
ITIL V3 foundation certification a plus 
Experience working with outsourced providers a plus

A background in Organizational Change Management would be ideal.
