Principal Program Analyst
  • The Principal Program Analyst  must have experience in Navy fleet training, operational planning and training exercise execution with an understanding of encroachment and environmental issues that can affect mission readiness. This professional provides range complex sustainment support and serves as the key coordinator between U.S. Pacific Fleet environmental and range staff, Navy region staff, and the Regional Environmental Coordinator (REC), as well as local range management and scheduling authorities; user communities; and service providers. 
Required Skills:
  • Secret Clearance required.
  • Candidate must have experience in Navy fleet training.
  • Firm understanding of operational planning and training exercise execution with an understanding of encroachment and environmental issues that can affect mission readiness. 
  • Candidate must be willing to travel greater than 30 days per year, if required. (CONUS Travel + Hawaii)
Desired Skills:
  • Ability to work many projects independently with minimal staff support.
  • Experience on the Fallon Range Training Complex (FRTC).
  • Proven track record of leadership and ability to maintain technological knowledge.
Duration:  6 Months CTH
