Job Description:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong decision quality, drive for results, and the ability to build strong peer relationships.
- Manage strategic projects to implement process and technology capabilities, focusing on digitally enabling customer experiences and driving new levels of business performance.
- Lead business development and approvals, requirements, testing, stakeholder engagement, communications/training, and evaluation of results.
- Develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps to transform retail technology platforms and business models, enhancing effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Partner with key stakeholders to align strategies and execution activities.
- Develop recommendations and presentations for senior leadership.
- Provide support for the development and documentation of projects.
- Conduct research and analysis as needed.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of key dashboard reports.
- Oversee the project prioritization process, reviewing and prioritizing new project requests.
- Support test and learn governance for the retail bank, including oversight of meetings and ensuring adherence to methodology standards.
- Provide planning and forecasting support.
