Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Develop, test, and implement workflow solutions in a reliable and consistent manner.
  • Development of client specific reporting and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot and Support ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
  • Participate in ongoing production support and end user support to include account/group administration

Experience in requirements gathering and analysis, such as:

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture, especially modules such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management
  • Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to work directly with internal (IT) and external clients

It would be great if you also had:
  • Familiarity with Asset, knowledge, or Procurement modules.
  • Ability to write client and server scripts
  • Working knowledge of design, development and operation of databases and web pages
