Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop, test, and implement workflow solutions in a reliable and consistent manner.
- Development of client specific reporting and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and Support ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
- Participate in ongoing production support and end user support to include account/group administration
Experience in requirements gathering and analysis, such as:
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture, especially modules such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management
- Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
- Ability to work directly with internal (IT) and external clients
It would be great if you also had:
- Familiarity with Asset, knowledge, or Procurement modules.
- Ability to write client and server scripts
- Working knowledge of design, development and operation of databases and web pages
