Sr. Vulnerability Management Associate

Overview: The Cybersecurity Associate – Vulnerability Management will oversee the vulnerability and configuration management services. This will include both operational, as well as governance and risk management aspects of the service. Candidate will be expected to model Alignment, Value Creation, Honesty and Trust in partnering with the business to develop and execute on innovative solutions.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Creation of vulnerability management organizations, repositories, and scan zones.
  • Work with the network team when architectural changes need to be made to the scanning environment.
  • Support the initial install of the appliance and application along with revision and plugin upgrades.
  • Add scan policies, audit policies, and credentials to the enterprise vulnerability management solution.
  • Create and monitor the resolution of platform remediation tickets with vendor.
  • Work with fellow platform owners in troubleshooting technical issues that may arise and reporting to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate across IT and Cyber Security to drive awareness of vulnerability and configuration management risk.
  • Capable of working independently or as a team member to solve cybersecurity problems.
  • Be part of a collaborative team in addressing vulnerabilities and software issues with various platform owners.
  • Follow established Information Technology policies and procedures during the delivery of services.
  • Identify potential areas of continuous improvement.
