- Drives smooth and timely execution of project tasks for the Global Clinical Evaluation team using available project management tools, such as WRIKE.
- Ensures timelines are met and project management best practices are being consistently deployed across projects.
- Proactively identifies, mitigates, and escalates potential project risks and timeline impacts.
- Maintains knowledge and access to applicable MedTech Quality for document retrieval and routing of documents for approval.
- Supports data gathering for metrics relevant to the assigned activities and communicates business related issues or opportunities to next management level to enable corrective and preventive action to be taken as needed.
- Facilitates meetings to foster cross-functional collaboration with teams executing projects at various stages throughout the device lifecycle.
- Participates in the optimization of project workflows using AI-assisted platforms and other approved tools.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a technical field is required.
