A leading DoD defense contractor in Hunt Valley, MD is hiring a permanent Teamcenter Developer/Analyst to help power mission-critical programs that protect and support the warfighter. In this role, you’ll be at the center of enterprise PLM—translating real business needs into scalable Siemens Teamcenter solutions that connect engineering, manufacturing, IT, and supply chain teams. You’ll configure, customize, and drive Teamcenter implementations that directly impact how complex defense systems are designed, built, and sustained. Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter implementation, configuration, and customization
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts and enterprise product development processes
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain business workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven project delivery experience
• Experience with scripting and basic development (ITK preferred)
Desired Skills & Experience
• Siemens Teamcenter certification or formal training
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD platforms (NX, SolidWorks, Inventor)
• Knowledge of PLM integration tools and middleware
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Teamcenter solutions
• Design and present implementation strategies and solution options to business stakeholders
• Configure, customize, and deploy Teamcenter to support enterprise PLM processes
• Lead Teamcenter implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter application, workflow, and integration issues
• Maintain system configuration, customization, and workflow documentation
• Stay current on Teamcenter upgrades, features, and PLM best practices
